Your Dreams become our Plans

We begin with detailed discussions about our clients' needs and wishes to select a home that will best fulfill those wishes. Plans are chosen and the site selection process begins. As builders, we are the experts at evaluating a property, its build-ability, and how it will lend to the style of the home selected. You can choose from our inventory of home building sites, which are septic permitted and surveyed, or we will assist you in locating and purchasing other available property. If you already own a home site, we will take all the necessary steps to make the property ready to build, from survey to septic design and permitting. Simultaneously with selecting your home plans and home site, we will assist you with the financing process, if necessary.

The excitement continues as we help you design your dream home. After choosing from any of our custom or modular home design plans, or if you supply your own home plans, we will modify the plans based upon your likes and dislikes to create the perfect living environment. Upon completion of the plans and your final approval of all aspects of your new home's design and site drawings, the financing process having begun, the construction agreement is signed and the necessary financial arrangements are finalized.
