At this point all required permits are secured from the Townships and/or community. The positioning for the house, driveway, well and septic system will be established on the property. The financing will be in place, the pre-construction stage is now final and construction can begin.

During various stages of the construction process, you will continue to work with us to select the appointments for your home, from color selections, carpeting, tile, hardwoods, cabinetry ~ all the wonderful details that will make your home personal and distinctively yours!
