Start with a Proven Plan

Cummins Creek Contractors offers a large selection of home designs to choose from. The first step is to meet with our Sales Department to select a plan from our in-house plans. After discussing with our Sales Department any adjustments to accommodate individual needs, our Design Department will further customize our in-house home plan to realize those individual needs and choices. We continue to work with our clients until the home design meets each individual client’s needs.
